A common example of a dowsing the lottery lottery ticket

My picks came from a pool of 20 numbers using the dowsing the lottery technique: You can see that I was bobbing and weaving the winners. This is a poor example of winning but a good example of the phenomena that occurs with dowsing the lottery. Understanding why this phenomena happens and how to over come it is my goal.
